I've seen these ads up around my neighborhood. It's explicit on the little tear-offs at the bottom that they're for discrete French and Hebrew lessons, but particularly with the "EXPERIENCED NATIVE INSTRUCTOR" claim, they appear to be promising to teach you some language called French Hebrew.
I like it.
