GODZILLA
THE
GAME
__RULE BOOK__
For 2 players
OF COURSE you think of Godzilla like a...hideous monster. WRONG! Godzilla is one of God's ways of telling us, the so-called superior to everything humans, are one of the puniest creatures. Godzilla is looking for some thing. In the first movie, GODZILLA, Godzilla didn't just walk up and almost destroy Tokyo. A SONIC BOOM IN THE OCEAN WOKE HIM! HE JUST WANTED TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON, HE WAS SAYING TO TOKYO, "THIS'LL TEACH YOU TO SHOOT A MISSLE AT GODZILLA!" So, I, [SR], will show you my first game...GODZILLA. It is to tell the players that Godzilla isn't that mean. How? In this game, YOU are Godzilla. This is the newest sequel to the last Godzilla movie—always! You can see if you die, live, or destroy Japan. You will know what the Godzilla in the movie felt like. Of course Tokyo would fight back. Remember Godzilla's theme..."I don't want to be a hot shot yet. All I've got is all Tokyo."*
HOW TO BE YOU—GODZILLA
This chapter tells you about how to act like Godzilla. Godzilla is a creature who is indestructible. Even the Adam Bomb** wouldn't kill Godzilla. But the inside of Godzilla is unprotected. A Adam Bomb IN Godzilla would destroy him for sure. Now I'll tell you how big it's brain is. 1 inch long and 2 inches tall. That's why you can't store too many thoughts. You are a monster. You can't walk up to the leader of Tokyo and say, "Mister Leader, don't shoot at me!" You can't talk. Godzilla's thoughts are usually, 'Oh! Chopper on the ground! Squash time!'*** Usually after, 'Oh! A building! Now where is my tail?' There comes a, 'Bon Voyage Monsieur Building!' But it's brain is your brain (though a little smaller) in this game.
HOW TO PLAY
(ON PLAYERS PART)
The STST (Story Teller/Sequel Teller) tells the story and you make the choices, just like choose your own adrenture but you don't make choices...you just say what you want to do. EXAMPLE: The STST says, "A Missle shot into the ocean. It landed in YOUR lair! It was Tokyo, testing some under water bombs. What do you do?" You say, "I go to Tokyo, seeking revenge." STST says, "Someone spotted you! He's sounding the alert! On the loud speaker the announcer says, 'Alert! Alert! Godzilla is attacking!' What do you do you do?" You say, "I crush the announcer." STST says, "The Tokyo Army shoots at you." You say, "I breathe super sonic breath." STST says, "The army runs away. You make it to the heart of Tokyo. What do you do?" You say, "I breathe super sonic breath at the ground. I'm going to burn up Tokyo." STST says, "You miss and burn up your toe. You howl in pain and run to the ocean. You never come to Tokyo again."
