I like the way (you might have to click to enlarge) the little man is not only being run over, but is also getting—what—mangled by that thing? It's really quite something. Somebody had some serious, discomfiting fun designing this sign.
The arm is good, too. Adds pathos.

Wow. That's like a montage of Six Feet Under openers, but all at once more serious and way more ridiculous. Also there's something tragicomic about a video for low-level industrial workers saying, "You might get hurt doing this; that will be the result of carelessness on your part." Thanks, Emily.
